How does Click & Collect in-store work?
Order online, and we'll prepare your items for collection at your chosen store or pick-up locker. You choose when to collect, and we'll let you know by SMS when everything is ready.
How to order:
- Add the items to your online shopping bag.
- Are you an IKEA Family member and logged in? You'll automatically get the member discount at checkout.
- Continue to checkout, where you'll see options for delivery or pick-up.
- Select collect in store, choose your collection point (store or pick-up locker), date and time that suits you.
- Pay and complete your order.
Good to know:
- IKEA pick-up lockers are currently only available at IKEA Leangen, IKEA Ringsaker and IKEA Forus.
- Collecting from a pick-up locker? You can choose a collection time anytime, regardless of store opening hours.
- Don't see any options? We're either fully booked, or the item isn't in stock right now. Feel free to try again a bit later.
Preparation:
- Once we receive your order, we'll pick the items and reserve them at your chosen store.
- We'll send you an order confirmation by email with information about when and where you can collect.
- Keep an eye on your SMS during the collection period. We'll let you know if there are any changes or delays.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order free of charge on My purchases or via Track your order until we've started picking the items. Picking usually starts quickly after ordering, so it's important to cancel promptly if you can't collect. Can't cancel? It means the order has moved forward in the system. Contact us and we'll help you. You'll get your money back for the items, but the picking fee is non-refundable.
