Screw Alignment IssuesEnI bought two of these cloth racks, and both had quality issues.
For the first one, I couldn’t secure the screws on the upper section because the screw holes in the poles didn’t match the screw sizes.
The second one was even worse. There are only four points on the entire rack that need to be secured with screws, but three of them couldn’t be screwed in properly due to issues with the holes and screws.
Although both racks are still usable to some extent, I’m very disappointed with the overall quality. The fact that both products had such obvious assembly issues is unacceptable.

quality is definitely sturdy andNoraizahquality is definitely sturdy and metal was thick. it comes with a tiny screw thingy for the bottom bolt which is convenient. but you do need a screwdriver for installation. overall still better than other open clothes rack I've purchased. recommended purchase
