  • All new materials have their own particular smell, which gradually disappears. Airing and vacuuming the rug will help to eliminate the smell.

    The rug is machine-woven.

    To get the edge of your rug to lie flat without curling up, fold the edge in the opposite direction and place a heavy object on top for 2 days.

    Wet spots; do not rub. Absorb with paper towels, damp with cloth and mild detergent.

    Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

Es más grueso de lo que imaginaba, pero me encanta! Lo puse en mi cocina, y le da un toque natural, además es una delicia caminar descalza sobre él, da un masaje delicioso a los pies. El color y la textura es fiel a la foto.

Material

What is jute?

Jute is a very hardwearing fibre that is found in the stem of the jute plant. It’s an easy-to-grow plant that requires very little fertiliser, pesticides or water and is ready to harvest after only 120 days. The jute fibre is often used for ropes and sacks but is also known for its silky-smooth lustre and can be spun into finer threads which are then woven. In our range we often use woven jute for items like curtains, rugs and furniture.
