This table has been developed and tested for home use and is not suitable for installation of a screen stand. Maximum evenly distributed weight is 50 kg. Do not place concentrated weight exceeding 15 kg on a small surface on the table.This desk has been tested for domestic use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

Lagkapten/Alex . . . . good innovative productValuedThe modularity of the product was such a good idea . . . a side cabinet that doubles as a support for the table but can also be supported by additional steel legs.
Quality could be made even better if the top and bottom plates of the cabinet could be made of plywood rather than chipboards but may cost a little more. However, that would have increased the durability of the product.

An affordable deskTurned this into my dressing table. 1 star off because the size of the drawers are a little odd. A little hard looking for the right size of organizers to fit in. Wished IKEA had storage compartments for the Alex drawers.

Material
What is constructed board?
We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
