City store /Do you offer delivery service?
We also offer delivery service in-store. If you want to use a delivery service, please ask co-worker before you purchase or use IKEA Online store or IKEA App.
You can purchase product in the store and have them delivered by parcel delivery.
If you would like to purchase large items such as furniture or product that are not available at the city store you are visiting (IKEA Shibuya), please speak to a co-worker or use the IKEA online store or IKEA app. In this case, the store that will ship the item will depend on the delivery address (items will not be shipped from City store). Therefore, even if an product is in stock at City store, it may not be possible to delivery it depending on the stock situation at the shipping store.
