If you set your email address to receive emails from IKEA by the two days before your birthday, you will receive a coupon by email on your birthday. You can also check the birthday coupon on your My Page on your birthday.
If it is settings after that date, it will not be eligible for birthday coupon delivery.
The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of distribution.

IKEA Family customer who have settings emails from IKEA will receive a coupon by email on their birthday. The birthday coupon will also be displayed on your online My Page from the day of your birthday, so please log in to My Page to check. If you are unable to see the coupon on your My Page even though your email reception settings are enabled, please contact our Customer Support Center.
