I have two IKEA Family accounts, can I combine them?
Merging or combining two IKEA Family accounts or transferring data/purchase history to another profile is unfortunately not possible. Log in to IKEA Family My Page with the email address you wish to withdraw from, and then follow the "Delete Account" procedure.
It is unfortunately not possible to merge or combine two IKEA Family accounts or transfer data/purchase history to another profile. If you have accidentally created another account, we recommend you delete this one by logging into your IKEA Family My Page and navigating to 'Manage my account'.
- Log in to your IKEA account
- Click "Manage your account"
- Click on the "Login & Security" tab.
- Click "Delete account"
If you are unable to log in, please contact our Customer Support Center.
* When contacting the Customer Support Center, it is necessary to confirm at least 3 of the following items.
19 digits of IKEA Family number, name (kanji / full name), date of birth (Western calendar), registered telephone number, registered email address, registered postal code and address
