I didn't receive my birthday coupon.
IKEA Family customer who have settings emails from IKEA will receive a coupon by email on their birthday. The birthday coupon will also be displayed on your online My Page from the day of your birthday, so please log in to My Page to check. If you are unable to see the coupon on your My Page even though your email reception settings are enabled, please contact our Customer Support Center.

*The birthday coupon will automatically disappear once it has been used.
*It will not be displayed in the IKEA app. Please check online.
*If there are no applicable offers, the "Offers for you" section will not be displayed.
After logging in to My Page, click "Manager your account" and select the "Preferences" tab.
Make sure that "Email" is checked in the "Newsletter subscriptions" section.
Birthday coupons will be issued to those who have completed their settings by two days prior to their birthday.
Please chance to change your settings to ”Receive emails” so you can get a birthday coupon on your birthday next year.
If you don't receive the Welcome coupons after registration, please check the following.
If you are using domain settings or blocking certain domains, you may not be receiving password emails. Make sure that your phone can receive emails from “@news.email.ikea.jp” and ”@ikea.com” and check that this domain is not blocked.
Your emails could be getting automatically sorted into your spam folder, so make sure to check that this is not the case.
