I received a different item from my order. What should I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please check your receipt or delivery note to see if there is a difference between the items listed and the items you received. Please have your receipt or delivery note ready and call our Customer Support Center at 050-4560-0494 (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

If you have received all the items you ordered:

If you received an extra item, please check your purchase statement to see if it is listed. If you have been charged for the extra item, you can return it for a refund.
Please call the Customer Support Center. We will arrange to pick up the unwanted item.
If you are able to visit an IKEA store, please bring the unwanted item and your receipt or delivery note to the Returns counter on the 1st floor. We will process the return for the unwanted item.

If you are missing an item from your order:

If you received an item you did not order and are missing some of the items you did order, we will arrange to exchange it for the correct item.
Please call the Customer Support Center. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect item and deliver the correct one.
If you are able to visit an IKEA store, please bring the incorrect item and your receipt or delivery note to the Returns counter on the 1st floor. We will exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. If the item is out of stock or you are unable to take it home with you, we will arrange for it to be delivered to your home.
