What do I need to bring when I pick up my order in the IKEA store?
Please bring the received e-mail that shows the order number and your identication document, and come to the Collection Point on the first floor.
Please show the following two items to staff.
- An email with the title "ご注文商品お受け取りのご連絡".
（when you picck up at IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku、an email with the titile "IKEA 注文番号:" or "【IKEA 〇〇】オーダー". - Identification documents (driver's licence, insurance card, etc.)
*If the person receiving the goods is different from the person who placed the order, please make sure to inform us at the time of ordering and bring the email you received and the identification documents of the person receiving the order on the day of receiving.
