Please bring the email with your order number and come to the Collection Point on the first floor.
An email with the title "ご注文商品お受け取りのご連絡".
(when you picck up at IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku、an email with the titile "IKEA 注文番号:" or "【IKEA 〇〇】オーダー".
