What are the delivery conditions?

IKEA product can be delivered, excluding some areas such as remote islands and addresses outside of Japan. delivery availability varies depending on your location, the size of your order, and the type of product. Some products have delivery restrictions. To ensure smooth delivery, please enter accurate delivery address information when placing your order.

Eligible product: delivery is generally available, but some product, such as those only available in-store, fragile product, plants, and product sold at Swedish Food Markets, are excluded. To check whether a product is eligible for delivery, search for it on IKEA.com and check the "How to get it" section on the product page. Outlet product at IKEA store "Circular Markets" can only be delivery within the main area of ​​each store.
Delivery is available when the online store's stock shows a green "In stock " icon. Before adding product to your cart, please enter your delivery address and check stock. Delivery is not available if your cart contains product that are out of stock at the shipping store. Product ordered from the online store are delivery from a store determined by the system based on your delivery address and the stock status of each store. Therefore, even if an item is in stock at the IKEA store you selected, it may be out of stock at another shipping store determined by the system. In this case, the item will be displayed as out of stock when you place your order. Also, if there is limited stock at the shipping store, you will not be able to place your order. Please note that you cannot change the shipping store online.
Delivery of outlet product will incur the standard delivery fee plus an outlet product packaging fee of 2,500 yen per outlet product. We can also deliver outlet products together with other large, regular product. Products cannot be disassembled for delivery.
Delivery Area: Nationwide delivery is available, with the exception of some remote islands. IKEA only deliver product purchased in Japan to domestic addresses. International delivery from IKEA Japan is currently not available.
To check available delivery methods, visit the product page you wish to purchase on the IKEA.com and enter your shipping information in the "Purchase Method" section. If you are ordering multiple products, please enter your delivery address zip code after proceeding to purchase from your cart. If you see the message "delivery is not available. The product is out of stock, or the zip code is incorrect," please make sure you enter your zip code correctly, using half-width numbers and no hyphens, and then re-enter it.
If the delivery slots for your desired delivery area are booked up to two weeks in advance, you will not be able to select a delivery service.
You cannot split your order into multiple delivery destinations. Please place an order for each delivery destination. However, delivery fees will be charged for each order.
Order Amount: The minimum order amount is 1,000 yen (excluding consumption tax). For some product, a minimum purchase quantity product could be required.
Delivery Company: Delivery will be made by a company designated by IKEA. You cannot specify the delivery company.
Note on large delivery: Sofas, mattresses, PAX wardrobes, and other product with large packaging may not be able to be delivered to your room. Before purchasing, please be sure to check the package size and ensure that there is sufficient space for the doors, elevators, hallways, and stairs where the product will be delivered, and that safe space is secured. You can check the package size for each sofa on its product page.
