How do I choose a reward from IKEA Family?

You can use your points to choose from the rewards that are available to you based on the number of points you have collected.

You can collect points by doing all sorts of things: creating a wishlist, logging into your account, or even attending IKEA Family workshops and events. Not to mention purchases online or in-store. As your collection grows, so will the list of rewards available to you. All that’s left is to choose one of our helpful rewards, and we’ll send you a code so that you can put your reward to good use. Log in to your IKEA Family profile and see all the information.

How to redeem your points for rewards

  1. Go to your profile on the IKEA Website or in IKEA app.
  2. Open IKEA Family Rewards Programme and click "Choose rewards".
  3. When the reward Terms & Conditions are displayed, click "Select" button.
  4. After selecting a reward, click "Show 2D Code". The 2D code and 16-digit code will be displayed in a pop-up window along with your IKEA Family number. They will also be sent to your registered email address.
  5. The displayed code can be used as a discount coupon at checkout.
