The delivery fee for large products, such as beds and sofas, varies depending on the delivery method and your delivery area. IKEA Family members can enjoy a lower delivery fee in any area.
- Delivery by IKEA (EV vehicle) at the door: ¥5,400 (¥4,400 for IKEA Family members)
- Standard delivery at the door: ¥5,500 (¥4,500 for IKEA Family members)
Additional fees and options
- Weekend (Saturdays, Sundays) delivery: +¥1,000
- Delivery to room: +¥1,000
- Delivery outside the main area: Additional fee depending on the area
- Total weight of 400kg or more: Additional fee depending on weight and area
*The IKEA Family member price also applies to IKEA Business Network members.
The exact fee is automatically calculated at the time of order based on your delivery address and order details. To check the specific delivery fee, including fees for areas outside the main area, please log in online, proceed to purchase from your cart, and enter your postal code.
Delivery days: You can specify the date and time within 3~30 days from the date of order. (It depends on the delivery area and congestion situation.) ）
Best Product Types: It is ideal for deliveries that are difficult for customers to bring into their room on their own, or for large, heavy items (sofas, wardrobes, kitchen-related, etc.).
Delivery Area: Truck delivery is available nationwide, except for some areas such as remote islands. (Okinawa main island is included.)
Ancillary work: Paid ancillary services for delivery such as lifting/lowering work are available. For details, please check the item "Additional Charges to Delivery Service" on Delivery service page. If you wish, please contact our customer support center. Orders cannot be placed online. In addition, we cannot accept it on the day of delivery. After asking for delivery or advance confirmation (charged), we will consult with you again about the delivery date.
- Carrying up stairs: From ¥11,000 (estimate required)
- 6th to 10th floor (up to 100kg per order): ¥11,000
- For every additional 5 floors: +¥11,000
- For orders over 100kg: A separate estimate is required.
- Hoisting/lowering (including room carry-in fee): From ¥17,050 (estimate required per item)
- 4-person crew: From ¥17,050 (estimate required per item)
- Additional crew member: +¥11,000
*Additional charges may apply depending on the number of crew members or the hoisting method.
- Crane truck, Unic truck: Estimate required
- House/building protection fee: Estimate required
