What kind of service is "Delivery to your Room" for large delivery?
Large delivery "to your Room" is ideal when it is difficult for customers to bring large and heavy items into the room by themselves. The delivery driver will bring the product to your designated room.
Delivery fee: The delivery fee for “Delivery to your Room” starts at ¥6,500 on weekdays and ¥7,500 on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). The weekend rate applies not only to Saturdays and Sundays, but also to public holidays and designated peak periods such as Golden Week, Obon, and the year-end/New Year holidays, as determined by our company. Deliveries to areas outside the main service region will incur an additional fee depending on the location. Orders weighing over 400 kg will also be subject to an extra delivery charge based on weight and delivery area. Please check the final delivery fee in your shopping cart. IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members receive a ¥1,000 discount off the standard delivery rate.
The exact price is automatically calculated at the time of ordering based on your shipping address and order details. For specific delivery fees and fees outside the main area, please log in online and enter the shipping zip code on the screen that proceeds to purchase from the cart.
Delivery days: You can specify the date and time within 3~30 days from the date of order. (It depends on the delivery area and congestion situation.) ）

Delivery Area: Large deliveries can be delivered nationwide, except for some areas such as remote islands. (Okinawa main island can be delivered)

If you wish, please contact our customer support center. Orders cannot be placed online. In addition, we cannot accept it on the day of delivery. After asking for delivery or advance confirmation (charged), we will consult with you again about the delivery date.
