What kind of service is "Delivery to Room" for large delivery?
Large delivery "Bring to the Room" is ideal when it is difficult for customers to bring large and heavy items into the room by themselves. The delivery driver will bring the product to your designated room.
Delivery fee: The delivery fee for large delivery "delivery to room" is 5,500 yen for purchases of less than 45,000 yen. IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members will receive half the price of 2,750 yen for large delivery in the main area for purchases of 45,000 yen or more.
The exact price is automatically calculated at the time of ordering based on your shipping address and order details. For specific delivery fees and fees outside the main area, please log in online and enter the shipping zip code on the screen that proceeds to purchase from the cart.
Delivery days: You can specify the date and time within 3~30 days from the date of order. (It depends on the delivery area and congestion situation.) ）
Best Product Types: It is ideal for deliveries that are difficult for customers to bring into their room on their own, or for large, heavy items (sofas, wardrobes, kitchen-related, etc.).
Delivery Area: Large deliveries can be delivered nationwide, except for some areas such as remote islands. (Okinawa main island can be delivered)
Ancillary work: Paid ancillary services for delivery such as lifting/lowering work are available. For details, please check the item "Additional Charges to Delivery Service" on Delivery service page. If you wish, please contact our customer support center. Orders cannot be placed online. In addition, we cannot accept it on the day of delivery. After asking for delivery or advance confirmation (charged), we will consult with you again about the delivery date.
