IKEA Nagasandra Birthday gift Terms & conditions

  1. Offer eligibility/qualification to said offer will be at the sole discretion of IKEA. 
  2. The offer entitles the eligible customer (person or group of people shop at IKEA nagasandra from 22nd June 2023 till 25th June 2023) for a gift (IKEA article) on a purchase worth INR 5999/- or above at IKEA Nagasandra in Bangalore only. Please note that the amount of INR 5999/- does not include shipping, IKEA food, click and collet charges or other service charges. 
  3. Eligible customers will be considered as those who shopped at IKEA nagasandra store in Bangalore from 22nd June 2023 till 25th June 2023.
  4. The gift shall be handed over to the eligible customer after exit near the lift.  
  5. Eligible customers are eligible for only 1 gift per bill.
  6. The gift will not be liable to claim against the shopping of Rs.5999 & above post expiration of the validity of the campaign i.e., post 25th June 2023.
  7. Expiry dates, validity & campaign period will be at the sole discretion of IKEA, and IKEA reserves the right to modify, alter, terminate, or amend the validity of full or any part of the offer any time it deems appropriate.
  8. IKEA reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
  9. IKEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Members access to its service, or parts of it, if in IKEA’s reasonable view the relevant member or account appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
  10. IKEA reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the offer, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice.
  11. In case of any product returns, IKEA return policy applies. However please note that the offer benefit cannot be re-issued to the member.   12. Liability:

We warrant that this offer will be provided with reasonable care and skill with the intention of meeting our specifications for the offer, but we cannot and do not guarantee that this offer will meet your requirements.

We shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty, deficiency in service, unfair trade practice and any other tort) or otherwise as defined below:

A) For any loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings or profits; (B) any errors in or omissions from the Site or offer or any services or products obtainable therefrom; (C) the unavailability or interruption of the offer/benefits or any features thereof; (D) your use or Redemption of the offer.
