It's just a cover, you have to buy the core separately like all the others from Ikea, that said, I liked it because the fabric looks rustic, but it's soft.

cotton so just gets softer the more washed. Thought it a bit old style pattern but when on beds I love it. Helps having 2 pillowcases as well. Bonus!
