All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

Not comfortableSonaliWriting this after using the Vannareid mattress for more than a year. Bought 2 of these with the Hemnes day bed. Within a few months it had developed pockets of air. The springs can literally be felt and the mattress isn't extra firm at all. You sink into it when one mattress is placed on top of the other, when the day bed is being used as a sofa. Disappointed. 2
Not extra firm for sureSagarI am 5'10" and 76 kgs, when I sit on the mattress I sink into it. I've bought this mattress along with the Hemnes Day Bed and while its only been a few days, in my experience, its safe to say that this mattress is definitely NOT EXTRA FIRM, as indicated in the product description. This is terribly misleading because customers like me are basing our online purchase decisions on such cues. The mattress is decent otherwise for the most part.4
