Very Bad Product – Extremely DisappointedVishalI purchased this IKEA chair about 3 years ago, and the quality has turned out to be very poor. The joints have become loose, the chair is unstable, and even the company-fixed joint is misaligned. For the price and the brand, I expected much better durability. The longevity is extremely disappointing — it hardly lasted a few years before major issues started. Would not recommend this product to anyone.1
Light Weight n SmallAnonymous reviewerThe chair is in a minimal and enough size. Seat breadth is minimal but enough. Very lightweight but strong. May need to use carefully while climbing over it to avoid damage to joints. DIY install4

Good but gentleSantoshLook wise, totally good. Quality wise avg. was expecting it to be a heavy but it is very light in weight. The rod with plastic chair was heavy. Overall it is good for dining as we don’t have to jump on it.4

Happy that these worked with my brown wood table. Easy to put together. Needed to buy sliders for the legs, but other than that, good to go!

I bought a set of these 15+ years ago and still going strong! Have had a repair with one-needing to glue and reinforce a seat/leg but that’s it! They are light weight but well made.

What is solid wood?

Solid wood is one of our favourite materials and is part of our Scandinavian heritage. It is also a timeless material with many uses. Regardless of the wood species, it is durable, beautiful and renewable. We strive to use this raw material as smartly and efficiently as possible to avoid waste – and we also invest in facilities and logistics so that we can increase the use of recycled wood.
