Broke after 2 yearsAkankshaInitially we were happy with it. We liked the design etc, but within 2 years of purchasing, one leg suddenly broke off and the entire bed collapsed from one side. We contacted customer support since there is a 5 year warranty but they refused to give us a replacement or help us out - they refused to admit that it was a product quality issue. Really disappointed with IKEA. After spending so much money they can’t even give basic customer service.
Looks great and very sturdyPoulomiVery happy with the purchase, got a king sized one. Proper dimensions and very sturdy. Plus very mid-century modern which will probably go with chic interiors. Satisfied!
