The green cloth has 2 different textile sides. Use the soft side as a dish-cloth and the coarse side for tougher stains that need more vigorous cleaning without abrade the surface.
The cloth is very absorbent and quick-drying since it’s made of microfibre.

Because yeah, sure, after washing they can all go wherever, but coding use by colour lets my youngster (and me) return things to the right places most laundy.
So the blue goes to the bathroom, the yellow to the kitchen, green is standby for general use (dusting around the house, mostly)
The texture is great for both dry dusting and a little moist wipe and they are pretty absorbent for spills. At the same time, not too abrasive for chrome finish taps, wooden furniture, even a large-leafed plant etc.
There is ONE scrubby one though — handy for sinks that live with hard water. Or the occasional stickier spill.
Just avoid trying to use these with oil spills and kitchen degreasing products — use disposable rags there. Oil is hard to get out BECAUSE these are so absorbent, and then they have lost absorbency
