What's more, it comes with 2 pieces of self adhesive sound and ply dampening adjustable rubber washers in the box. Screws should have been included as well. But IKEA have their well thought through reasons for not doing so.5

I am so impressed with these. You can slide them up to go to the ceiling or under a pelmet with ease if you want. It makes drilling the holes so much easier. Always go to Ikea for these
