Very useful step ladderKavithaI have a single step ladder which is very useful. So, I bought this 2 step ladder too knowing how useful it is. But it was extremely difficult to assemble it using Alan key. I wish you would make it with screw and bolt system. Or using only screws.4

Terrible QualityAnonymous reviewerThe screw heads completely disintegrated when tightening with the allenkey provided. This happened with 2 of them, the metal was not durable for the torque required. However the IKEA customer service arranged for a pickup of the faulty product and a full refund. I have previously bought the same step stool 5yrs ago and is still in use. Maybe it is a bad batch.1
Works, but not CompactAnonymous reviewerAs much as it folds, it takes around 6-8 inches of floor space when folded, unless hung well over the floor. At 5'8", I can drill holes in my 9'6" high ceiling with this, so it works well if I'm balanced.
Installing it is not the most easy, as not all the bolt-holes are aligned perfectly.4
