As per my understanding, the screw was creating that issue. The products in IKEA's catalog are good. But the online store needs to maintain the quality of the products delivered.3

This piece is functional and aesthetically pleasing. I love the dark grey color because it recedes into the background and doesn't scream--STORAGE! The drawers are very spacious. Great value.

This is a well made and very useful set of office drawers. I matched it with castors and small containers to compartmentalise some of my drawers. Throw in a feed of meatballs.... perfect!
