Zepto voucher terms and conditions - Hyderabad

The campaign below is one such initiative that allows IKEA to reach out to the many people.

Welcome to Zepto Voucher Distribution! We are delighted to offer eligible customers an opportunity to avail a special voucher benefit at IKEA Hyderabad store. From 6th June 2026 to 30th June 2026, the following Terms and Conditions apply to participate in the Zepto Voucher Distribution activity. Please read them carefully to ensure that you understand, agree to, and comply with these provisions.

This offer is exclusively available to eligible customers at IKEA Hyderabad store.

 1. How will customers get Vouchers:
Each delivery by Zepto in Hyderabad area, a physical voucher of IKEA will be dropped in the delivery bag.

2. Offer Eligibility:

  • Offer eligibility/qualification to said offer will be at the sole discretion of IKEA.
  •   This voucher entitles eligible customers to a discount of Rs.500 on purchase of Rs.1,999 & above at IKEA Hyderabad only.·      
  • Please note that the Rs.500 discount does not apply to shipping charges, IKEA Food, Click & Collect charges, or other service charges like Assembly, Installation, Personal Shopper, Planning & Interior design.·      
  • This voucher is valid from 6th June 2026 to 30th June 2026 at IKEA Hyderabad only.·      
  • The voucher must be handed over at the billing counter in store to avail the discount.·      
  • This voucher is for in-store, online, remote redemption only, can be used one time, and will be deactivated after use.·      
  • Customers are not eligible to claim the offer if the voucher is expired, lost, or damaged.·      
  • This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.·      
  • Customer can redeem only one voucher per invoice.       
  • This voucher cannot be combined with any other in-store offers. 

3. Modifications to Terms:

  • IKEA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer, in whole or in part, at any time with or without prior notice. 

4. Liability:

  • IKEA shall be relieved of any liability/ obligations/ responsibilities arising out of or in connection with this service/campaign/voucher except as accepted in the conditions mentioned herein above and that no claim relating to any losses or injuries (including financial, mental, physical, emotional, special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against IKEA, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from this service/campaign/voucher, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

5. Governing Law:

  • In case of any matter requiring jurisdiction, Bangalore shall be considered to be the place of jurisdiction.
  • By participating in the Zepto Voucher Distribution activity, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. IKEA India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms as needed, and any changes may be communicated through appropriate channels.
