I need spares for an IKEA kitchen appliance. Can I buy it?

All our kitchen appliances are sold with a warranty. Within the warranty period, repairs and spare parts are provided covered by the warranty. If you need to replace a part that is not covered by warranty, or if your warranty period is over, you may need to contact the authorized manufacturer for support.

Alternatively, you can come in store, simply contact our customer support team to reserve the spare part you need. They will provide you with a reservation ID. When you visit the store, just show your reservation ID. We're here to help you every step of the way!

Please note, If you are requesting spares through online, spares are shipped from overseas so that may take up to 2 - 6 weeks to arrive.

If the part you are missing does not have a spare parts number, please contact us.
