I want to return or exchange a mattress.

Mattresses aren't eligible for returns however if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft, or not suitable for you, just bring the mattress back and exchange it with another.

 We understand the importance of a good night's sleep so it's important to us that you love your new mattress.

With our 'Love it or Exchange it' policy, you may exchange your mattress or mattress pad once within 365 days if you don't love it, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged. It does not need to be in the original packaging.

Simply take your mattress back to the IKEA store with your receipt and we will help you find one that suits you better. Alternatively, feel free to contact us to process an exchange.

Please note that it takes time for you and your new mattress to get used to each other. Allow at least one month (30 days) for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body.

You can also go in store and meet with our Bedrooms team to help you find you a suitable mattress before committing to a new purchase or exchange. To get the best comfort you also need the right pillow. Make sure you have a pillow that suits you and your new mattress.

As per our 365 day Returns policy, we can provide a full refund of a mattress if it is unsealed in it's original packaging however once opened, the mattress can only be covered under our 'Love it or Exchange it' mattress policy.
