What is Product Recall and what articles are on IKEA recall list?
We will help you on how to identify recalled products. You can find the list of recalled items on our website.
A product recall is a request from IKEA to return a product when safety issues or defects are identified that might endanger customers. Recalls can apply to an entire product range or specific items within a certain time frame.
When a recall is initiated, IKEA will notify all customers who purchased the affected product via email and phone calls. Additionally, IKEA will update the recall information on their website for reference. Customers can check the recall status of products on the IKEA India Product Recall page.
Customers should have the physical recalled article. An invoice is not mandatory, but if available, it can be used as a reference to raise a request. If the invoice is not available, a refund request can still be raised, and the articles will be picked up. Most of the time, it is mandatory to return recalled products to IKEA stores.
