Is there any product that I can't return?
At IKEA it's alright to change your mind. We accept a return of all products which are in a saleable condition within 365 days.
You can return most of the product (including AS-IS products and meter fabrics) that meets the conditions of the IKEA Return Policy within 365 days. Bring the product with the receipt to your nearest IKEA store or find alternative return options by contacting us.
However, in case of 'change of mind' scenarios, there are few products mentioned below which are NOT applicable for return:
- Live plants
- Food from SFM (Swedish Food Market)
- Gift card
- Custom products (Eg: worktops & sofas)
