Steps for placing an order online as an IKEA Business Network member
- Add products to cart
Select the products you want to order and click on the "Add to cart" icon at the top right of the product page. - Enter your company's postcode
This will check the product availability for your location. When the products are available, click "Continue to checkout". - Log in as an IKEA Business Network member
You must be logged in to access all of the IKEA Business Network benefits. - Choose delivery or pick-up
Select the delivery or pick-up options available for your location. If you need support with product availability or delivery options for large or bulk orders, you can reach out to an IKEA for Business Specialist directly.
Contact us by typing “I would like to talk to a human” in the chatbot or call us on 022 69097444. - Select "Business purchase" on the Details page
On the Details page, select "Business purchase" and enter your company name, organization number, and contact information. If this information is already pre-filled, verify that the delivery and billing addresses are correct. If the invoice address differs from the delivery address, uncheck "Invoice address is the same as delivery address", provide the correct invoice address, and then click "Continue".
If you choose to pick up items via Click & Collect, no delivery address is required. - Choose payment method
Select either "Business invoice" or another available payment method. - Complete the order
Review your order and click "Complete order."
