How can I update or delete my IKEA Business account?

Only the owner, or Admin user, of an IKEA Business account can update or delete it. You can change the details on your account or cancel it by logging in to your IKEA Business Network account.

After you are logged in, go to the 'Your Company' section by clicking 'Edit' next to the company details.
For further assistance, feel free to contact us at customer.support.in@ikea.com. Please include your account number and clearly outline the changes you require, or indicate if you wish to close your account.
