- Receiving your kitchen - being prepared for the delivery of all your kitchen items
To make sure you are able to receive the large number of items that are needed for a new kitchen, we highly recommend you fully clear either the kitchen space itself or another space directly next to it for placing the boxes, appliances and worktop.
Make sure the route to this space is clear of any obstacles and ensure there is enough room for the largest items of your order to be carried through hallways and stairways. If these items cannot be carried to the room by hand but have to be delivered by means of a crane, lift or other mechanical equipment, make sure there is easy access and plenty of room around your house for this equipment on the day of delivery.
After the delivery has been completed, check your item list and make sure all items have been delivered. Also verify that there is no visible damage anywhere on the items delivered.
