Parts/Spares are missing to assemble my furniture. How do I get them back?
You can easily order the missing spares through our self-service option, and we'll get them delivered to your home.
First of all, please check that you have taken all the parcels with you.
This is because some items are sold in several packages. You will find the number of packages needed on the packaging (example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3).
1. If the missing part is a screw referenced with 6 digits on the mounting plan:
Order it on our website by clicking here. The screw is then sent to your home address by post within a maximum of 15 days.
2. If the missing piece is a part of a piece of furniture, you have 2 options:
If the product is still under warranty, please contact our customer service. If you wish to order a replacement part for an item that is no longer under warranty, the price of the part will be indicated to you by our advisors.
If the product is still under warranty, go directly to the customer service of your store with your receipt and the number of the missing part (for the screws).

If you've received a product or package that has missing spares, you will be able to either order these spares online, pick up the missing spares at an IKEA store or arrange a delivery through IKEA Customer Services depending on the spares that you’re missing.
