Does IKEA offer assembly services and what is the cost?

Our professional assembly partners will come to your location to assemble your IKEA flat-pack furniture. IKEA Assembly pricing is based on the total value of the items being assembled.

 INR 0 - 50,000 | INR 3,500
 INR 50,001 - 100,000 | INR 5,000
 Above INR 100,000 to 10% of total product value

  • You can purchase assembly in-store at our Home Delivery counter located after the checkouts.
  • Email: You can email us anytime at: customer.support.in@ikea.com. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Chat: Our chatbot is available 24x7. Click on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the webpage to start a conversation.
  • WhatsApp: You can also contact us through WhatsApp.
  • Call: Reach out to us at our toll-free number 1800 419 4532. We are available on all days of the week including weekends and public holidays.
After booking, your assembler may contact you via call or text a day in advance to confirm. The time window provided indicates their arrival time—not the duration of the service. Please ensure someone is present during the appointment. If your time slot has passed and you haven’t heard from the assembler, feel free to reach out to us.
Note: 
  1. The assembly services will require access to adequate parking near the assembly address. If there is no free parking available, like visitor or street parking, then you may be asked to pay for the parking fee. 
  2. IKEA assembly services are offered exclusively for IKEA products, and product prices do not include assembly charges.
  3. We’re happy to assist with your assembly needs! However, our service does not include electrical work, installation of ceiling-mounted lighting, curtain rod installation, or setup of any electronic devices.

2. Below the images of the article, click on 'Product details'.
3. And, simply go to 'Assembly & documents' to get assembly instructions, article number, and more!
