IKEA family credit card by CITI - Citi bank points redemption

Customer needs to register with IKEA family first and can visit any of the IKEA store to apply for the "IKEA family credit card by CITI". There is no need to have a CITI bank account for applying this card.

Please note that IKEA India currently *does not offer a NO COST EMI plan.* You can opt for an IKEA Family City Bank Credit card instead: IKEA Citi bank Credit Card

Below are the mandatories to apply for the card :

  • Customer needs to be an IKEA family member
  • Whoever wants to apply for the card same person need to visit the store
  • Need to carry E-aadhar or copy of aadhar card and PAN card
  • There will be a team from CITI bank available in store to guide the customers

Citi bank points redemption :

Step 1 : Complete your purchase at IKEA

Step 2 : One the purchase is completed with your Ikea family Citi credit card; you will receive an SMS with a link to redeem your points.

Step 3 : Click on the link & select the no. of reward points, you would want to redeem

Step 4 : Redemption will be adjusted against the payment & refunded to your credit card.

Kindly explain this to customer when they enquire about how to redeem the points.

On the other hand, cash office team has also informed about this step to checkout cashiers so that everyone at checkout is aware & pass the same information to customer going forward, when any customer comes with this query.
