How do I add, modify or change products in my order online after purchase?

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to add, modify or change articles in the order.

We know plans can change, you can always make the changes before our team starts processing your order. This means we are not able to alter the order once the processing is started for your order.
If you need to make any changes, you’ll have to cancel the order and contact us to place a new one. Please select Digital Refund Card as the refund method so the amount is credited to your digital card faster than with the original payment method.
If you have ordered more products than you need and they are still in their original, unopened packaging, you can either return to store or request a pick up from the delivery address for a refund or exchange. Please note that pickup charges will apply based on the weight of the article if the pick up request is raised after delivery.
