How do I add or change products in my order online after purchase?

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to add or change articles in the order.

We know plans can change, you can always make the changes before our team starts processing your order. This means we are not able to alter the order once the processing is started for your order.

If you do need to change something, you would need to cancel and place a new order.

If you have ordered products more than what you needed, and if the products are in original packed condition, you can return to store for a refund or contact us (via email, chat, or call) to initiate a return.
