Can a lost or stolen IKEA Gift or Refund card be blocked or replaced?
If you have lost your IKEA gift or refund card or someone else has used it without your permission, IKEA support can block the card if connected to a verified active IKEA Family account. However, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
The IKEA Gift card is the property of its holder and is not associated with any type of owner identification. It is only possible to block the card if it can be fully verified and connected to an active IKEA family account.
If the original purchaser is not known or cannot be verified, then IKEA handles these cards like cash and cannot block them if they get lost or stolen.
