I lost my receipt, is it possible to get the Invoice anyway?
Here are some ways to retrieve proof of purchase
No worries if you've misplaced your receipt! There are several ways to find proof of purchase:
If your products were delivered to your home, you can use the order number or delivery slip to verify your purchase.
If you used your IKEA Family membership for the purchase, simply log into your Family profile to access your purchase history.
Even if you're not an IKEA Family member and don't have an order number, we'll do our best to find a solution for you. Please reach out to us over chat or phone.
