I lost my receipt, is it possible to get the Invoice anyway?

Misplaced your receipt? No problem! There are several easy ways to confirm your purchase:
- Home Delivery: If your items were delivered, you can use your order number or delivery slip for verification. You might also find the invoice in your email inbox.
- IKEA Family Members: Simply log in to your IKEA Family profile to view your purchase history.
- Not a Member? No Order Number? Don’t worry—we’ll do our best to help. Just reach out to us via chat or phone, and we’ll work on a solution together.
