Accessible toilets – located in all public toilet block areas in each store

Hearing loops – installed at numerous locations throughout each store as indicated by signage to assist hearing aid users by switching to T setting or hearing loop programme on their aids

Loan wheelchairs – a limited number of manual wheelchairs are available inside each store entrance area, a simple sign out process is in place. Motorised scooters are welcome but are not available to loan from stores

Assisted shopping – request upon arrival or at our Customer Services area

Changing places

As part of our inclusive and accessible range of facilities we are now pleased to be able to offer enhanced places to change children and adults. These facilities contain a changing bench and a hoist alongside standard accessible toilet facilities.

Are your stores family-friendly?

Each store supplies high chairs, organic baby food, baby food warming stations, and healthy meals for children in the restaurant, play areas and nursing areas. All our stores have a crèche facility (Småland) usable for up to one hour at a time (book in store). Bring the whole family, we have something for everyone!

Why are items sometimes out of stock?

Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalogue, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, IKEA can estimate when a product should be back in stock. You can check the stock availability on the product information page to make sure items are available before you visit.

Do your stores offer home delivery or van hire?

Since most IKEA furniture is flat-packed, you can take your goods home today in your car and enjoy them right away. If you'd prefer, IKEA can arrange home delivery at a reasonable rate. Visit the home delivery desk in the Customer Service area after checkouts.

Can you help me with assembly?

You can find assembly guides next to the product description online, ask in store or contact us for general help. Or if you would like the furniture assembled you can find more information on our /in/en/customer-service/.

Can someone help me plan and design rooms?

Many IKEA stores offer a home decoration service if you wish to furnish an entire room or home. Our friendly co-workers will be happy to assist you in store. IKEA also has online planning tools for a range of products including storage, kitchen and wardrobe furniture. Our kitchen departments can also arrange a visit to your home to help design your ideal kitchen.

What is Bargain Corner?

Grab a bargain and help the environment!

Maybe there’s a scratch, it could have been a floor model, or someone took it home and decided it wasn’t right for their place and brought it back. It’s perfectly good and doesn’t deserve to be thrown away. IKEA stores worldwide keep millions of kilos of materials from being wasted and help people like you save piles of money.

We are so confident in our Bargain Corner products that we offer the same guarantees on them as new products (except appliances which have a 1 year guarantee). We are unable to reserve items in this area and stock is updated daily.

Do you have a Ikea restaurant?

We have an IKEA Restaurant which offers a variety of meals, including children's options, vegetarian and Indian.

Do you have an ATM in store?

We have ATM facility inside the store.
