Can I track my delivery?
Yes! We offer order tracking online so you can keep up a little better with your items.
We will always aim to keep you in the loop! Your order confirmation will let you know the type of delivery you can expect. You can track your order in the following ways:
Smaller delivery: DPD, our parcel delivery provider will contact you, usually the day before delivery with information on how to track your order. Please note, we are unable to view any additional information from what is shown on the DPD tracking site.
Larger delivery: You should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If you have purchased online you will be able to use our order tracker to check the latest status of your order. You will need your order number, postcode and the email address you gave when the order was placed.

We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself through the Track and manage your order page on our website. If the option is no longer available because we have processed your order already, please contact us.
