My delivery is late or missing, what can I do?

We're sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. There are several ways to check on your order's progress or report an issue.

We always aim to keep you informed about the progress of your order. You can identify what type of delivery to expect from your order confirmation. You can track the status of your order in the following ways: 

For smaller (parcel) deliveries: DPD, our parcel delivery provider, will usually contact you the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note that we are unable to view any additional information beyond what is shown on the DPD tracking site.

For larger (truck) deliveries: You should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery, which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of your delivery. You can simply track your delivery through the Track & manage my order tool. All you’ll need is your order number and email address.
If your larger delivery has still not arrived and the expected time slot has passed, or your parcel delivery is more than 24 hours late, please contact us and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
