The first thing you should check if your delivery is behind schedule is the delivery communications you should have received either by SMS or email, by either ourselves or our delivery partners such as DPD. This should have live tracking information available to you. If you have not recieved this information, you can check out the 'track my order' page on our website for an update.
If your delivery is a day or more late, please let us know.
