What to do if your delivery is late or missing?
We're sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. Please track your order via the "Track & manage my order".
We always aim to keep you in the loop. Your order confirmation will let you know the type of delivery you can expect. You can track your order in the following ways:
Smaller delivery: DPD, our parcel delivery provider, will contact you usually the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note, we are unable to view any additional information from what is shown on the DPD tracking site.
Larger delivery: You should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of your delivery. You can simply track your delivery through My Purchases. All you’ll need is your order number and email address. If you would like to change your delivery date it is best to do so within 48 hours of ordering.

If something is missing after delivery or pick up from IKEA Click & Collect or a pick-up point, make sure to first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item might still be on its way. If you find that items are still missing from your order, please contact IKEA Customer Service either online or in-store.
