Can I change the delivery date of my order?

We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself through the 'Track and manage my order' page on our website. If the option is no longer available because we have processed your order already, please contact us.

You can manage your delivery from the Track & manage my order page with your order number, phone number or e-mail address. If your delivery is not yet in the 'Delivery planned' status, you will be able to reschedule both parcel and truck deliveries.
For small (parcel) deliveries, once you have received the delivery confirmation from our parcel delivery provider, DPD, you will be able to request changes to the delivery method, including leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour. (Please be advised that existing DPD delivery preferences may be applied to your IKEA order automatically; you can review and change these through the DPD delivery portal)
For larger (truck) deliveries, if your delivery date cannot be changed through the Track & manage my order page, please contact us, and our Customer Service team will be happy to support you.
