Can I change my delivery order into a Click & Collect order, or vice versa?
Delivery orders cannot be modified into a Click and Collect order, or vice versa.
If you wish to change your fulfilment method, you can cancel your order your online order here. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and email address. However, once your order begins to progress through our system we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. In this case please let us know.
Once your order has been cancelled, you can place a new order and select the relevant fulfilment method.
