Click & Collect – Lockers

IKEA Lockers are our lockers in which you can pick up your Click & Collect orders whenever it suits you. They are located just outside IKEA Budaörs and IKEA Soroksár stores.

Add products to the shopping list and select the option to Click & Collect via lockers. When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code that you enter into the screen on the locker. Once the PIN code is entered, the door of the locker where your order is located will open automatically. If the order you have made doesn’t fit into one locker, we will split your order and place it into several lockers or it will be ready to pick up in the store.

Please contact our contact centre during the opening hours, the PIN code will be resent.

The price of the service is available here in Hungarian.

You have 3 days from the selected date to pick up your order. If you don't manage to pick up your order within this time period, we'll terminate your contract. We'll refund the amount of the purchase price using the same payment method you chose when you made your purchase.

Those excluded from the Online Shopping service, such as natural plants, products from the IKEA Food range, assorted items, and metre fabrics. 

It may happen that your order exceeds the capacity of the lockers available at that moment. In that case, we'll contact you to agree on the next steps.
