    Up-cycle into a better night sleep

    Try your hand at upcycling and come along to our FREE in store event on Thursday 21st March. 

    Award winning blogger Cheryl Lumley, from All Round Creative Junkie, will be hosting an upcycling workshop featuring our PAPAJA plant pots. Learn how to put a personal spin on an everyday products step by step with Cheryl.

    Why not pair your personalised pot with one of our live plants and put the finished article in your bedroom. This will create a calm environment to ensure a good night’s sleep.

    Mother's Day at IKEA Gateshead!

  • Slow Shopping

    Slow Shopping at IKEA Gateshead

    Slow Shopping aims to support those in the community who find it challenging to go shopping. They may have young children or live with a visible, invisible, cognitive or intellectual disability, this may also include their family, friends and carers.

    This is a time where customers can feel confident that they can go shopping, there will be chairs to sit on and support if they need it.

    Can also offer an “at table” service during Slow Shopping which is very helpful for customers and those with carers. 

    Every Tuesday: 6pm-8pm

    Every Wednesdays: 10am-12pm

    (Excluding School Holidays)

    At IKEA Gateshead, we want to help you create your dream kitchen and to make your every day better. Our kitchen planning specialists will help and guide you through planning a space that works best for you, and your life at home.

    All we ask is that you bring your measurements with you to help us create an inspirational kitchen solution which suits your needs.

    In-Store kitchen planning is free of charge.

    Alternatively, We can send one of our home planning team out to measure and design your dream kitchen from the comfort of your home

    Home planning service is available for only £40 or an Exclusive IKEA FAMILY price of £20
