Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 minutes | Plant based
Ingredients:
300-500 ml ISKUB elderflower soft drink
300 g frozen strawberries
4-8 fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
2 limes
1 tsp salt
Step by step
- Wash the limes. Cut 4-8 lime slices for the decoration and set them aside.
- Squeeze the remaining limes and pour some of the juice onto a small, flat plate until it’s covered.
- Cover another flat plate with fine salt.Hold one glass upside down and dip the rim in lime juice, then in salt. Repeat with the rest of the glasses. Let dry.
- Put frozen strawberries, elderflower soft drink, and the remaining lime juice into a blender or mixer.
- Blend until the drink is smooth. If it’s too dense, add more of the elderflower soft drink.
- Pour the Margarita strawberry slush into the prepared glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries and lime slices.
- Tip! We opted for STORSINT Martini glasses for a more grown-up vibe, but this drink is also perfect for kids’ parties. Simply switch to more durable glasses and coat the rims with egg white and sprinkles instead.
