Excellent knife deals with heat wellAnonymous reviewerI bought and owned this knife for years. It’s my favourite knife for food prep.
I’ve been on meds lately which make me really doppy. After cutting up a string of sausages I inadvertently lined the knife up and cooked it for 20 mins at 180°. It faired up really well! Obviously it was hot but the handle only melted at the end of the handle slightly and I still use it.
I can vouch for its excellent durability! 5
