Poor Quality cushionsAnonymous reviewerI bought this couch for a room that is hardly used. It has had very little use. already the one cushion has collapsed. It is a single unit and the cushions cannot be replaced. This couch will need replacing. Don't buy this.
DO NOT BUY! Not robust against general useAnonymous reviewerWe have 2 of these sofas (1.5 and 3 seater). Both have worn excessively on the seat, back and lower leg area after only a few months light use. Ikea filed ro respond to our complaints email after we followed their process!

Woeful Quality product, and even worse complaints department.Anonymous reviewerAs a customer of 30+ years this is by far our most disappointing purchase we have had it just over 8 weeks and it is a sagging mess no way will it last a year it looks dreadful, we have contacted Ikea straight away sent detailed pictures clearly showing the state of its arms out of shape, seats sunken and we are lightweight with no kids , Ikea have shrugged off our requests for refund or replacement or just to send out an inspector and so we are now having to follow other routes to get a resolution, we have found two things out 1. this product is not fit for purpose and 2. Ikea complaints procedure is dismissive at best.
