Bad powder coatingAnonymous reviewerThis table looks really nice and was easy to put together. Decent size, you could probably fit four people around it for drinks and tapas. However, the powder coating on it is not durable at all. We have a few other outdoor metal IKEA products that have the powdered coating and have lasted outside in the weather and heavy use for a few years. This table is coated in something that feels a bit different and is not as durable. We’ve had this table for less than a week and have used it to eat a few meals on, and yet it’s somehow gotten scratched a few times already. The scratches are very noticeable (white marks of the metal underneath the green paint) and will render it useless in the rain. Sadly, we’ll be returning, even though it’s otherwise perfect.
