WarpingAnonymous reviewerOn first use, these pans warped; temperature was under 200 degrees. I've continued to use them, and the larger pan is more prone to warping under heat than the smaller of the set, but both still change shape when in use. Not ideal when a flat surface is imperative to what you're cooking, such as cookies. Hopefully future iterations will be more robust, as the stainless steel is lovely.
